I don't quite know. we didn't stick around. We just stopped to take a photo and marvel at the fact that when you are in the middle of nowhere with nothing around to recommend your location as a tourist destination, there will always be a PT Barnum type around who gets inventive and makes a fortune out of something like feeding goats in an unusual location. Currently, Goats on a Roof holds the Elmer Award for 2013 as the biggest tourist trap at which we spent no money whatsoever this year.
