When I was growing up I thought this was the neatest ship on the planet. It was the first commercial cargo & passenger ship to be nuclear powered. (A Soviet icebreaker, the "Lenin" was the first non-military nuclear powered ship in service.) The Savannah is no longer in service, and is in drydock in the port of Baltimore.
