Budget

I have heard repeatedly from friends and acquaintances and others of a far right political persuasion that Obama has no budget.  I think Rush must have said this was so at some point in the past, and at that time it may well have been true...I simply don't know where the concept originated, but I am here to tell you all that it is no longer true.
